Coffee is grown in more than 50 countries around the world, including: USA, Mexico, Columbia, Brazil, Ethiopia, Yemen, Indonesia, Vietnam… Most of the world’s Robusta is grown in Central and Western Africa, parts of Southeast Asia, including Indonesia and Vietnam.
Coffee is primarily used in blends and for instant coffees. In a review of 21 prospective studies totaling over 10 million participants, drinking one cup of coffee per day was associated with a 3% reduced risk of death, and drinking 3 cups of coffee was associated with a 13% reduced risk of death.
